I have never done this before. But at the urging of many friends & colleagues, I am going to give it a try.
My attempt is to share my own experience, perspectives & thoughts on life & the things & people that affect mine. I will never use people's real names in this. Some people find them quite amusing & interesting. I hope you will as well. If for nothing else, but to cast out each racing thought in my mind at the end of a day, that will be plenty for me. If you like it - let me know. If not, you can let me know that too. I am open to suggestions & appreicate the communications.
